Regal Travel Pro Terms and Conditions
This Regal Travel Pro website (hereinafter, “Site”) is owned and operated by Regal Hotels International Limited (hereinafter, “RHI”), a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered address at 11/F., 68 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

These terms and conditions herein refer to the following additional documents, which also apply to your use of our Site:

- If you make a reservation via our Site, our [Reservation Terms and Conditions] will apply.
Enrollment
- You warrant that you are authorized by bona fide travel agencies that are registered with an accredited organization such as IATA, TIDS or other acceptable associations.
- Each person can enroll one account only at a time.
- You must ensure that your account information (including Travel Agency ID and password) is not disclosed to any unauthorized parties. RHI shall not be held liable for the consequences of any unauthorized use of the account information, including unauthorized reservation made, subsequent to disclosure of their account information by Travel Agent.
- As soon as the Travel Agent leaves the company, the account will be terminated. Endorsements from existing company and new company are required for the Travel Agent if he/she would like to carry the account to the new company. Companies have the right to disallow their staff from carrying the account to another company despite they are individual registrations.
- Account cannot be transferred to other representative or travel agencies.
- RHI has the right to terminate the account if no bookings had been made within 24 months.
- Enrolling in the Regal Travel Pro signifies your acceptance to the all terms and conditions herein.
Agreement for Use
- You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
- Upon making any business transaction via the Site, you accept that these terms and conditions herein apply to each and every transaction.
- You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors).
- You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your company in using this Site is true and accurate and without limitation, or any false or fraudulent reservation.
- You agree that the reservations facilities of this Site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the reservation facilities of this Site may result in you being denied access to this Site.
- You are obliged to provide your customer or, if applicable, the guest, the following data:
a) What is included and not included in the price of services (i.e. taxes, city taxes, fees, commissions, etc.).
b) The regulations and consequences of a no show by the guest at the establishment, of regulations regarding cancellations, annulments and modifications, as well as of any possible name changes of the Hotel plus the possible existence of stay taxes.
c) That all the guests, including children must have current personal and family documentation, either passport or National Identity Document, as required by the country or countries visited.
d) All extra services (special meals, extra beds, cots/cribs etc).
- Once RHI has received your booking and all appropriate payments, RHI will confirm by issuing a confirmation email including the confirmation number. You are not allowed to provide the confirmation email directly to your customer as booking voucher or any other reasons.
- For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the [Reservation Terms and Conditions] imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.
- Without prejudice to any of RHI’ other rights, RHI reserves the right to deny access to the Site and/or cancel the bookings wherever and whenever RHI believes (in RHI’ absolute discretion) that you are in breach of any of this Agreement or the Terms and Conditions or Legal Notes which are applicable to the webpage and/or the transactions carried out through the Site.
- By using this Site, you confirm that you accept all terms and conditions herein and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Site.
Room Blocks
- Block booking and holding room blocks is prohibited. The use of the Site is limited to free independent travelers ("FIT") bookings and as such you are prohibited from using, booking or selling this Site's inventory in any other unauthorized manner.
- The blocking of multiple rooms with unconfirmed names and changing guest names is prohibited. Should any suspected room blocks be detected, RHI reserves the right to:
a) Deny and cancel such bookings;
b) Increase fees and require different payment terms; or
c) Charge an administrative fee for handling the block bookings.
- This Site only allows individual bookings. You are only permitted to book up to 10 rooms per stay for an individual booking. Should you submit a booking of 11 or more rooms per stay, either in one or several individual bookings, then this will be considered a “Group Booking”. Group Bookings will be subject to confirmation by the Hotel and may result in a modification or cancellation of such booking or booking terms at the Hotel’s discretion.
Price Rates and Payment
- The prices shown are not subject to commission or subject to discounts, excluding service charges and prevailing government tax (if applicable). Any increase in the applicable tax will be passed on via increase in price.
- Prices quoted are per person per night or per room per night. Price does not include any extra services, which shall be paid directly by the end consumer.
- RHI shall receive the price on a timely basis and you hereby assume any cost or expenses that may arise from the payment. Therefore, any deficiency in payment arising from bank charges or as a result of currency conversion shall be paid by you.
- All reservations must be paid with credit card payments at the moment of booking. If no payment is received, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- For credit card payments, you shall include all required information in the system. You are responsible for the veracity of the information provided to RHI.
- RHI may request that payments made by credit card be accompanied by a signed authorizations form from the credit card holder, including the copy of the passport or national identity document of the card holder.
- In case of chargebacks, you warrant that you will assist RHI by contacting the credit card holder and providing all documentation which supports the legitimacy of the transaction including but not limited to signed credit card authorization form from the credit card holder. You shall be responsible for and shall indemnify RHI for all chargebacks related to bookings made by you.
- The parties acknowledge and agree that the costs, expenses, losses and damages of or resulting from the fraudulent booking or charge back will be assumed by you.
Liability
- You shall be liable for the acts and omissions of its end consumers. In this case, RHI reserve the right to automatically cancel end consumer bookings with no right of the end consumer to any compensation whatsoever.
- You (whether or not this Agreement has been terminated) shall at all times hold harmless and keep fully indemnified RHI from and against any actions, claims, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses and demands (including costs and expenses in defending such matters and its proper compromise) arising directly or indirectly out of or incidental to or in connection with any breach by or on behalf of you or any of its servants, agents or contractors of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
- Neither Party shall be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss, including economic loss, which term shall include, but not be limited to, loss of profits, loss of use of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
General Terms and Conditions
- RHI reserves the right to terminate its affiliation with any hotels or partners. RHI assumes no responsibilities and liabilities for changes or discontinuance of any partnership.
- All information collected from the Site will be used by RHI and its affiliate companies for marketing purposes and the Site maintenance only in accordance with the privacy statement of RHI.
- RHI has the right to terminate the Site or amend, update, add or delete any of the Site rules, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels pertaining to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

- If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
- Should a dispute arise, all terms and conditions will be based on the English version. RHI reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision.
